-How do I contact SurvivalKit.com? 

We’re available by phone at 1-800-265-2465, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm PST (M-F). You may also e-mail us: support at survivalkit dot com 

-I represent a distributor or manufacturer, and I’d like SurvivalKit.com to carry my product.

Great! Please send an e-mail inquiry to sales at survivalkit dot com, and our buyers will evaluate your request. 

-Does SurvivalKit.com have an actual store location? 

We operate a local fulfilment warehouse and an assembly plant where we create our custom survival kits as well as our corporate offices where we take care of the administrative side of things. For all retail orders, we do not believe in geographocal limitations, hence our storefront is our website. Of course you are also more than welcome to place an order over the phone by calling 1-800-265-2465 

-Does SurvivalKit.com have a Resellers Program? 

Yes, we do have a very rewarding affiliate and a reseller program. Please send an e-mail inquiry to sales at survivalkit dot com, and we will contact you with details.

 

ORDERING AND SHIPPING STATUS

 -I just placed an order with SurvivalKit.com. What happens now? 

When the order is received, expect a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you can get an e-mail follow up with the tracking details of your order delievery.

-Do you ship on Saturday or Sunday? 

Our warehouse is open over the weekend, however, to keep your shipping costs to a minimum charged by the carrier, we ship only on business days. However, if you contact customer service during regular business hours you may request Saturday shipping. An extra fee may be applicable 

-Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? 

Yes we do! 

 

ORDER VERIFICATION 

-Why did I receive an e-mail that said SurvivalKit.com needed to verify information on my order? 

From time to time, we may need additional information to ensure the billing and shipping details are verified. This is especially true of orders shipping to an address other than the billing address. If you would prefer to provide this information over the phone, just give us a call at 1-800-265-2465, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm PST (M-F). 

-Why does SurvivalKit.com verify my billing and shipping addresses? 

If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we’ll need to spend a little more time processing your order. This is for your protection as well as ours.

 

PAYMENT QUESTIONS 

-What payment methods does SurvivalKit.com accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, wire transfers (for an additional fee). Personal and company checks must clear before shipment. COD and wire transfers require approval. 

-Do I have to pay state sales tax on SurvivalKit.com orders? 

If the billing or shipping addresses are in California, we must charge you a California sales tax on all orders. Other states are exempt from state sales tax. 

-I am a tax-exempt government employee. How do I place an order with SurvivalKit.com without being charged for tax? 

This would only apply to tax-exempt customers in California (we do not charge tax elsewhere). Just place your order online and select “CA” as your state. After you’ve placed the order and received the confirmation number, please call us at 1-800-265-2465, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm PST (M-F) with your Government Tax Exempt permit. We’ll then remove the tax, or let you know if there are any problems.
